Production and supply of nanopowders of metals, alloys and their chemical compounds according to TU 24.45.30-001-80064280-2021 “Metal nanopowders, oxide and aluminum nitride, titanium oxide, zinc oxide”

We have a technical possibility and experience in the production of metal nanopowders:

Al, Cu, Fe, Mo, Ni, Pt, W and other metals, alloys and intermetallides in agreement with the customer;

As well as chemical compounds:

Oxide nanopowders with a given composition (Al2O3, Al-Al2O3) and aluminum nitride with a given composition (Al-AlN), aluminum hydroxide nanofibers (AlOOH-Al(OH)3);
Copper oxide with a given composition (Cu-CuО) and copper disulfide (CuS);
Iron oxide with a given composition (Fe-FeO, Fe2O3, Fe3O4)
Molybdenum oxide (M0O3) and molybdenum disulfide (M0S2);
Titanium oxide with a given composition (Ti-TiO2) and titanium nitride (TiN);
Tungsten oxide (WO3) and disulfide (WS2) and other compounds in agreement with the customer.
